My name is Rachelle Pavao Goldenberg. I like to think that my philosophy in life is to live fully and reach for the stars. A strong believer in pushing limits and reaching for your dreams, I have personally experienced that if you set your eyes on a goal, you will find success in your life. The largest factor in achieving success is the willingness to accept failures as stepping stones, as opposed to roadblocks.

The second factor is that you must live the life you enjoy living. I mean that while you strive to live your best life, you must also take time to “smell the roses”. Life cannot be only focused on professional achievements, but personal quality of life. There has to be a life outside of work, a personal space that provides you the emotional and physical nourishment that you need for success.

Finally, you need to be a good person, and just as you learned in Kindergarten, treat others as you wish you would be treated. I take this a step further, and I have chosen to live my life with the intent of bringing others up....giving back that which I have been given. I know that the successes (and failures) I have achieved in my life were not done without having support and encouragement, and without someone else looking backward and offering me a hand.

As I continue down the path toward my future goals I do so with hope, ambition, support, appreciation, and the strong belief that if I can dream it....I can achieve it.
